We Arrived!

Well, Jean is now a European professional. She is here in the fashion capital of the world...ready to see the sites. She met some friends along the way. In the Paris train station, she met a friendly mother and daughter who were on their way to Switzerland. She also got to eat her first crepe with Nutella. Jean now knows that she prefers 1st class on any form of travel out there.

Beth, thanks for the hotel recommendation.
Melissa, we loved the crepes.
Carolyn, your laundry line has come in handy.
Meredyth, Karen needs some more interval training for upper-body strength.
Adam, where are you when Karen needs someone to "hoist" her luggage up to the top bunk?
To all of the "pack light" club...you were right...we should have taken out a few things along the way. We are constantly thinking about things we can leave behind.
To all of BWF at ARI, we are researching some French reading strategies...we'll present them in August.

Thanks again for all of your prayers and notes. This is our connection to the outside world!

Jean Jacquette and friends
